It was reported earlier this week that a shooting incident occurred at Encinitas, California and the victim was confirmed to be the Film Maker named as John Charles Upton Jr. According to reports that John Charles Upton Jr. was killed or fatally shot by alleged neighbor identified as Michael Vilkin who is 61 year old. The possible reason behind the shooting or killing was because of a “property dispute”.
