A man named Marquinta E. Jacobs was accused of killing a man whose named was not revealed. According to reports by FBI that Marquinta E. Jacobs fatally shot the victim, he fired 45-caliber handgun at the victim, "striking him several times.".
This incident is still under investigation, no complete details also has been release about Marquinta E. Jacobs as well as the victim.
The shooting incident occurred around 5:40 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2013 in the parking lot at the Army Human Resources Command building.
