How To Apply For Multiple Entry Visa In Japan (REQUIREMENTS)
Japan Government finally allowed Multiple Entry Visa for Filipinos and other nationalities. Hence, this is good news for those who want to visit the beautiful sceneries in Japan. It is a good way of attracting tourist.
So now the question is that how to apply for Japan Multiple Entry Visa and What are the requirements?
REQUIREMENTS
All documents must be original unless otherwise stated.
1. Philippine Passport
• Broken lamination of the photo part is not accepted.
• Must have at least two (2) blank pages.
2. Visa Application Form
• Also available at the entrance of Embassy.
3. Photo
• Specs: 4.5cm x 4.5cm with white background
• Photo must be pasted on the application form.
4. Employment Certificate
• Must include Date of Recruitment and Present Position.
• Owner of a company should submit a copy of “Certificate of Business Name Registration” issued by Department of Trade and Industry or Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission
5. Social Security Card Copy
6. Any Supporting Documents which proves that the applicant / applicant's company or institution is eligible to this category.
7. For Applicants applicable to category “II” to “VI” above, an Explanation Letter with reasons for requesting Multiple-Entry Visa, or an Invitation Letter from a Japanese Counterpart that includes above reasons.
